About Social Firms Wales...

At Social Firms Wales, we are passionate about supporting social enterprises across Wales to create inclusive and supportive workplaces. We help people who face barriers to employment—such as disabilities, mental health challenges, or social disadvantage—by providing meaningful work, training, and volunteering opportunities.

We guide organisations with business support, governance advice, funding guidance, and capacity-building tools to help them grow and thrive. Our mission is to empower everyone, value every contribution, and ensure fair employment. By combining enterprise with social purpose, we create workplaces where people can succeed, belong, and reach their full potential.
