Training for organisations & Corporate Businesses

VIBE (which stands for Values and Inclusion Based Employer) is our new training programme and EDI framework aimed at supporting corporate organisations to design and implement meaningful Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategies within the workplace.

Delivered by trainers with lived experience of disability and exclusion, the course is designed to be interactive, informative and educational, helping to open up discussions and reflections across topics

• Neurodiversity
• Making Disability Access Meaningful
• Welcoming LGTBQ+ at work

At the end of the course we support your business to develop an action plan to help bring their learning to life to support the creation of a diverse, supportive and inclusive workplace.

Participating organisations will receive a VIBE Certificate and use of the VIBE quality mark, once their action plan has been verified, helping to develop your Social Value credentials and impact!

Governing Well

Governing Well Training Programme

Governing Well is our series of Community and Social Enterprise Training delivery many of which are delivered by trainers with lived experience of social exclusion. They are aimed at strengthening governance, sustainability, enterprise and social inclusion within the workplace. Ideal for providers of Social Enterprise support, Community Groups, local CVCs, Funding and statutory bodies, our modules include:

• Directors Roles and Responsibilities
• Tools for building better Boards
• Legal Structures for Social Enterprise
• Financial Management for Social Enterprises
• Earning not Asking- How to create a strong business model
• Creating your Vision, Mission and Strategy
• Impact Reporting for Social Enterprises
• Fundraising on a Shoestring
