Social Firms Wales from time-to-time recruits new board members that can offer lived experience of disability or other barriers, and who have relevant skills in topics such as business, governance, social enterprise, disability/inclusion, finance, HR, Law, Marketing, fundraising, industry or any other organisational skills and experience.

Information about joining our Social Firms Networking Group

Social Firms Wales has a quarterly online networking group for Social Firm Members and others interested in Social Firms and Social Inclusion within the workforce. This is a place to have discussions, share information and ideas, and work together to tackle disability unemployment.
