Divergent Emergent CIC

Divergent Emergent CIC is a social enterprise that aims to tackle the barriers that neurodivergent and disabled people face trying to find meaningful and paid work in the creative industries.
We work with companies and organisations to address the barriers their systems and processes cause, and we work directly with ND and disabled folk to help them learn skills, experiment with different art forms, and to network and find a community to both support and inspire them.
We run fully funded workshops and coaching sessions, and offer training and consultancy for businesses.
We are always keen to co-create and co-produce with individuals and businesses.
We are always happy for people to reach out to us for support and advice as well.
