Y Filltir Sgwâr Community Care Hub is a warm, welcoming space at Bro Preseli in Crymych, bringing people together from across our rural community.

Our friendly, inclusive activities are designed particularly for older people, unpaid carers and those who may be feeling lonely or isolated—but everyone is welcome. Whether you come along for a cuppa and a chat, take part in an activity, join one of our outings or seek practical advice from a visiting organisation, you will always be greeted with a friendly face.

We offer a safe and supportive environment for people living with mild or early-stage dementia, mobility challenges and other additional needs. Our trained staff and volunteers provide person-centred support, helping people remain active, build confidence, make new friendships and stay connected with their community. Our sessions can also give unpaid carers valuable time for themselves, knowing that the person they care for is safe, supported and enjoying good company.

There are no labels and no pressure—just a welcoming, community-led service shaped around the people who use it.
